Bobolink

The bobolink is a very interesting animal. It also has many cool and interesting facts. Also they are very beautiful birds.

If I was a bobolink species I would like people to know that I am an extraordinary migrant. It also undergoes two complete molts each year. The adult is a medium-sized songbird, with a short pointed tail, and a short conical bill. When the males' new feathers grow-in the tips are yellow. The male is black from face to wings, lower back, and rump pale gray, and straw-colored on the back of its head. The females' under parts are buff yellow with a black stripe behind the eyes and top of its head.

If I were an endangered species I would need protection. We can make a foundation for them to be in cages. They would be pets so they wouldn't live their life like they would in the wild. We can protect them by getting the government to pass a law prohibiting anyone such as farmers from shooting the bobolink.

People can save the species by creating laws so farmers can't shoot them and we can let them roam free in the world. The bobolink is my favorite bird.
